Klein’s Bakery, started in 2011, was created by Nosson Klein. Originally from Lakewood, Nosson moved to Israel in 2010 and noticed, like many of us Americans do, that although living in Israel is absolutely amazing, we still need our American challahs and bagels! So Nosson started Klein’s Bakery to help Americans feel at home in Israel. He focused on quality and perfection. People noticed and spread the word.
Fast forward a couple of years and people all over the Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh area are hearing and talking about this magnificent looking and delicious American challah sold in random locations, but no one knows who it bakes these delicious creations. In walks Uri Zylberman, born in Israel, with an American heart. He loves the American challahs and bagels but knows how to push products like an Israeli.
Uri worked hard to get all of the American products in the places where people will buy them. Today, we are happy to proclaim that Klein’s Bakery is on the Israeli and American maps. Servicing over 50 locations in and out of Beit Shemesh, and providing for countless parties all over, Klein’s Bakery is officially the choice of the American customer.

All Bread products, including Bagels, Challahs, Rolls, Artisan Breads, Rugelach, Cookies, Fancy Cakes, etc. are under the strict supervision of Bdatz Eidah Charedit. All of these products are made in a facility with the below certification:
All Salads and Cream Cheese are under the strict supervision of Taam Kosher, under Rav Don Channen of Beit Shemesh. All ingredients are strictly Bdatz Eidah Charedit, except vegetables, which are Efrati . All items are cold dairy equipment:
